Sous Vide Cranberry Sauce

COOK TIME: 2 hours
INGREDIENTS:
12 ounces fresh cranberries
½ cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp cup orange liqueur
Zest and juice of 1 orange
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp allspice
¼ tsp ground cloves
PREPARATION:
- Preheat water bath using immersion circulator to 175 degrees F.
- Add all ingredients to a zipper top bag or use the Vertical Vac Elite to vacuum seal all ingredients in bag.
- Add the bag to the water and cook for 2 hours.
- When finished cooking, pour contents of the bag and stir and press with a fork until mixture reaches your desired consistency.
